PEANUT

Good afternoon all!  Hope everyone had a great Holiday season.  As for us, we are all pretty much happy that it is all behind us and we are looking forward to a great 2011.

I wanted to let you know that Peanut is one of the most loved pets in the world!  Mom and Dad headed out to Phoenix for 2 months to get out of the cold and to visit with daughter, Jane and her family.  Bob and I are keeping Peanut with us while they are gone.  They are renting a condo that does not allow pets or he would have traveled with them.

He has blended in with our family in the best way.  Everyone loves him and he is quite at home and comfortable around small children as well as the older grandkids.  We had some apprehensions about keeping him with our 3-legged Weimaraner Ozzie, but the two of them are doing well together.  Peanut holds his own when the play gets rough. . . .

We have been taking some photos and we promise to send you a few for your board.  Mom and Dad will be back to Missouri some time around the end of March....they miss him terribly!  We may have to ask for ransom to give him back to them!
